The lower level includes a wheelchair accessible toilet/shower facility. Off-street parking available, as well as a designated disability access parking space in Memorial Street.
The Community House is a meeting point and everyone is welcome. Regular activities include yoga and meditation classes, card group, free legal advice, counselling, support groups and a baby health clinic. Computers are available for people who would like to access the Internet and on Wednesday afternoons a local pianist often attends and plays Bach on the piano.
The lower level of the Community House has been converted into a large meeting room suitable for seminars, workshops, community meetings and exercise classes. The room seats 40 comfortably and is fully accessible.
Bookings for the function room are managed by Disability Services Qld.
