Set in the leafy grounds of Wallace Park, the Noosa Leisure Centre offers great access for wheelchair sports and state/national tournaments.
The Centre also offers a range of term based activities for senior citizens, run by experienced and qualified instructors. Classes include light pace fitness, gentle yoga and gentle pilates.
The Kidzone Disco is the coolest place to be for 5-12 year olds. Doors open at 7.30 pm for two hours of non-stop fun, dancing and prizes!!! Check out the Noosa Leisure Centre web site or local paper for Disco dates and information.
The double indoor multi-purpose stadium includes two basketball courts and is suitable for a variety of wheelchair team sports.
There is level access from the parking area, which includes designated parking bays for people with disabilities.
The entrance has wide double opening doors and there is easy access around the premises and between the stadium and Tribes Cafe (serving hot and cold food, snacks, drinks and fantastic coffee).
The male and female bathrooms and both changerooms have an accessible toilet (four in total).
