Rules and By Laws governing ARATA:
ARATA's Rules and By Laws have been closely modeled on those of RESNA (the North American Society for Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology).
The Rules have been developed to satisfy legal requirements for incorporation and can only be changed following consultation with the membership as a whole.
The By Laws cover the structural and operational details of the organisation which need to be more easily changed as the organisation grows and evolves.
