Incorporating literacy into a sensory environment

Students with sensory needs can experience literacy too! This poster is aimed at giving some practical strategies and ideas for incorporating literacy activities into a sensory environment. See some examples of resources that this classroom has been using to provide its students with the chance to experience literacy whilst addressing their sensory needs. Sensory doesn't mean expensive! Come and look at some cheap and innovative ideas.
