YarraMe houses

Six years after the initial installation, Technical Solutions was invited to upgrade the combination ECU and call system in these houses. Servicing 18 people across 4 houses, the equipment gives access to call system and basic ECU functions to all residents, using a wide variety of input methods. This paper describes the lessons learnt over six years of operation, and the upgrades required.
