Sites and sounds
The BWP is an ephemeral event. It comes and goes at changing locations, tapping local knowledge and experience to produce brailled reflections of each neighbourhood it visits. Over the next two years, in the leadup to the bicentennial of the birth of Louis Braille in 2009, the BWP will be hitting the road and is always on the look-out for venues, participants and support. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Darwin and Geraldton (in regional WA) have already flagged strong interest in hosting the BWP.
