Excellent's ramps and floors are constructed with standardised units or dimensions allowing flexibility and variety in use. This means:
- They can be assembled to fit any opening, door step or platform - regardless of shape, height or differential
- They can be dismantled and reused at another location or rebuilt into totally new ramps
- The ramp design and gradient can be adjusted to individual requirements, incorporating resting platforms and angled sides (also works as a door mat)
- Inward and outward corner modules make it possible to manoeuvre the ramp from all directions
- Modules are portable and as easy to assemble as children's building blocks
- Installations do not damage existing door trims, doors still close and both the door frame and threshold step remain intact

- Ramps modules are made of non-toxic Polyethylene (PELD) - the ramp system is recyclable and can tolerate all approved household cleaning products
- Non-slip surface (in cold climates ice and snow stick poorly to the ramps surface and the anti-skip finish holds traction even during winter)
- Self-draining
- Units are height adjustable and can be sized to fit using a knife or normal saw
- Excellent Systems ramps can be used year long and in any type of weather (they can withstand temperatures from -40° C to +100° C)
