Accessible Games Website
A selection of computer games designed specifically for people who are blind or visually impaired.  Games on this site are compatible with JFW version 3.3 or higher and Window-Eyes version 3.1 or higher. Registered copies can be downloaded from the web site or ordered on CD ROM.
Blindness Resource Centre
Topical information for people with low vision, including sections on Braille literacy, eye conditions, research, deaf-blindness, and access.

Braille House - QBWA Inc
Braille House is the office and library of the Queensland Braille Writing Association, a voluntary association producing Braille and Moon books for children and adults, school and university students. Information about the services and resources available to people with vision impairment, as well as the latest Braille and Moon library catalogues are available on their website.
GMA Games
Games designed to be fully accessible to blind and vison impaired individuals. GMA concentrates its efforts on developing sophisticated Windows-based games that are technically advanced, interesting and fun. Titles include Lone Wolf, Trek 2000 and Shades of Doom.

Kester Braille
Designed to teach early reading skills to students with vision impairment, in the same learning sequence these skills are taught to sighted students, including alphabet, numbers, three-letter words with the short vowel sound, and basic punctuation through reading and writing.
International Braille Research Centre
A non-profit organisation whose mission is to promote Braille literacy. The site includes an electronic Braille library as well as a resource library with educational papers relating to Braille.

A publishing company that operates exclusively on the Internet, publishing and selling books in a variety of electronic formats (including a number of titles that have audio associated with them).
Quantech
Quantech offers a comprehensive range of assistive technology hardware and software products designed for people who are blind or have a vision impairment, including products from other manufacturers around the world, as well as products developed and manufactured here in Australia by Quantum.
Radio 4 All
A radio station for people with reading difficulties. Programs include: newspaper read in full, births, deaths and marriages, plays, short stories, curent affairs, educational segments, and tourism
Round Table

Vision Australia is the major service provider in NSW and the ACT for blind and vision impaired children and adults.
South Pacific Educators in Vision Impairment (SPEVI)
The professional body in matters pertaining to the education of people with a vision impairment within the South Pacific region (this web site also contains many useful blindness links).
