Peak rates

• 1 Night $175
• 4 Nights $550
• 5 Nights $650
• 6 Nights $700
• 7 nights $750
• Stay of 1 night incurrs an additional $35.00 cleaning fee

These rates apply during:

• Christmas 22 December to 31 January
• Peak snow season 23 June to 31 August
• Easter
• June and October long weekends
• Special events

Off peak rates

• $120.00 per night
• Stays of 2 nights or less incurr an additional $35.00 cleaning fee

Rental terms

• Direct Bank deposit
• 50% deposit required at time of booking
• 50% final payment required 1 week prior to stay unless prior arrangements made
• Periods of stay above seven days is negotiable
• Pets not allowed
