Phase 3 - Staff Training.
In order to develop effective and efficient "teams" training will be provided for people who will be involved with the individual who will often have varying levels of understanding of communication and AAC. As the team members will need to work closely together through a training session important information about communication and AAC can be imparted which will enable them to have common background knowledge to provide the most support to the individual. It will also provide team members with the opportunity to ask questions, trouble shoot, develop new and creative ideas.
